Summer Course

NI-businessmodel

Circular? Only if the whole chain moves with it

Many organisations today steer towards circularity. But anyone who wants to make a real impact knows: circular thinking is not enough. Sustainable change requires a fundamental transformation of the entire chain - from design to use, from waste to new value. And that is exactly where Nature's Intelligence comes in.

During the four-day summer course NI-businessmodel you learn how to apply the principles of living systems to develop business models that are not only circular, but also resilient, coherent and future-oriented. You work on a new way of organising in which co-creation, systems thinking and chain collaboration are central.

NI-businessmodel Summer Course

Why this course?

  • Because circularity without chain change is merely treating the symptoms
  • Because nature shows how real transition works: in coherence, with feedback, and through adaptive systems
  • Because you need a business model that adapts, moves along and creates value for all those involved - people and nature alike

What will you learn?

  • How to embed circular strategies in a broader systems approach
  • How to connect chain partners and collaborate on shared value
  • How to use natural principles for sustainable innovation and behavioural change
  • How to break patterns and build an organisational culture that is ready for the future

Who is this course for?

For professionals, entrepreneurs, policymakers and change-makers who want to go beyond the quick wins. Who understand that sustainable transition only succeeds if we set the whole system in motion - inspired by the intelligence of nature.
